100% of the labor to cut, sew, and assemble our goods is based in the United States.
We work with a small network of trusted sewing shops in California and Texas, along with our own in-house shop in Nashville, Tennessee.
The majority of our goods are made by hand to order in our Nashville Workshop

Denim
High-end denim has always been a cornerstone for us, especially from Japanese and American mills. We work with both selvedge and non-selvedge fabrics, choosing each for its character, durability, and purpose. Whether you’re a seasoned denim enthusiast or just want a great pair of jeans you can rely on, we’ve got you.
Waxed Canvas
Waxed canvas has been relied on for centuries by sailors, loggers, and tradesmen who needed gear that could endure rough conditions.
When worn and worked, it develops a deep, lived-in patina similar to leather. We believe waxed canvas looks best after years of use—gaining character, softening, and becoming undeniably better with age.
Leather
We began as a leather company, and that foundation still guides everything we make. We work exclusively with top-tier American and Italian leathers, chosen for their quality, character, and longevity. Whether you’re picking up a wallet, upgrading your everyday carry with a leather bag, or finally investing in the jacket you’ve had your eye on, you can be confident you’re getting some of the best leather available. We name our tanneries intentionally—they’re globally respected, and we’re proud to put their work to use.
Meet The Founder and Designer
Michael STricklin
Loyal Stricklin is owned and operated by Michael Stricklin in Nashville, Tennessee, with help from his small team of craftsmen and women
The brand was founded in April 2014 while Michael was in graduate school for design and construction at Auburn University. What began as a creative outlet—and a way to earn extra money during school—quickly grew into a full-time endeavor by August of that same year.
Today, Michael is still on the production floor everyday, overseeing and making our leather goods from wallets and bags to jackets, while the team and our trusted production partners handle the majority of our clothing production.

We continue to make the majority of our products in-house in Nashville, TN, with additional support from partner factories throughout the U.S.

When he’s not in the studio, Michael is a married father of two boys, a camera nerd, and a 4x4 enthusiast.
