Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations & Repairs

We want you to love your purchase. Please read carefully before placing or returning an order. 

We are happy to answer any question prior to purchase about sizing, details, policy, or other questions you may have. Email us here


General Return / Exchange Terms

Leather bags and made-to-order clothing are only eligible for store credit or a size exchange. Made to order items are labeled in the product listing towards the bottom of the description. 

If an item is not a leather bag or a made-to-order clothing item, it is eligible for a refund, minus shipping costs and a 4% restocking fee. Some exceptions apply. see below for more details.

Return/Exchange window:

  • Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method, unless it is only eligilbe for store credit.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original polybag packaging.

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, hemmed, damaged, covered in pet hair, waded up, or smell of cologne/perfume will be rejected or subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • If your item is deemed ineligible after we received it, you are responsible for shipping costs to have it sent back.

  • Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and review your return. One we refund you on our end, the actual credit can take up to 10 business days to go back to your card. This is set by the credit card processor, and is out of our control.

  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • For returns, all shipping or restocking fees will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, you will be sent an invoice for any exchange shipping costs.

  • Personalized and custom ordered items are not eligible for return or exchange for any reason.

Order Cancellations

  • Please email us at info@loyalstricklin.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.

    • If production has started: Orders cannot be cancelled once we’ve begun making them.

    • If production has not started: You may cancel, but refunds will be issued minus a 4% processing fee (as PayPal and Shopify do not return these fees to us).

    • If we cancel your order on our end for any reason: You’ll receive a full, 100% refund.


Made-to-Order Clothing

  • Size exchanges only — no returns.
    Each made-to-order item is built specifically for you. The product listing will state whether an item is made to order. If it does not, it is eligible for a regular return.

  • The customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs, however we can provide a label and invoice you directly for it.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and the exchange must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • If we are unable to fullfill an exchange, we will issue store credit upon receipt of your return, minus shippings costs.

Made-to-Order Bags

  • Return for store credit only.
    Every bag we make is made-to-order specifically for you when you place the order, and as such, is ineligible for a regular refund.

  • The customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs, however we can provide a label and invoice you directly for it.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, without scratches, unaltered, and the exchange must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Store Credit will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of your return.
  • Monogrammed, personalized, custom, or 

Discounted, Sale, and Final Sale Items

  • Items sold using our email sign up code are eligible for return or exchange and are subject to our made-to-order vs general return terms. 
  • Final Sale and marked-down items are not returnable or exchangeable — no exceptions. I

  • Discount Code promotions, Sample Sale and Black Friday orders are Final Sale and eligible for return to store credit onlyno refunds will be issued. No exceptions. 

  • Store credit codes do not expire.

  • We do not offer price adjustments on any previous orders.

  • All items must be returned in new, unused condition — we will not accept any item that is damaged, worn, scratched, altered, hemmed, covered in pet hair, or smells of cologne/perfume.


Other Notes

  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable, as we cannot recover shipping fees once paid.

  • A 4% credit card processing fee is nonrefundable on every order, as we can not recover these costs from the card processors. We take on these costs on your initial purchase and can't get them back.


How to Make a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@loyalstricklin.com

  2. We’ll issue you a return label if eligible.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5 business days.

Repairs & Warranty

We stand by our products and are happy to fix issues with craftsmanship within the expected life of the product.

If your Loyal Stricklin item has a defect or needs a repair, email info@loyalstricklin.com and we will provide instructions.

  • Buyer pays shipping both ways; repairs are free, unless the item arrives defective, in which case we will cover exchange costs.

  • Normal wear and tear, crotch blowouts, or holes worn into your goods are not covered under warranty
