LEAD TIMES

We mostly operate under a Made to Order premise, meaning we make your item once the order is received. Below is an average wait time for each type of item. All items are dropped off at your selected shipping service the morning after you receive your shipping notification. 

Leather Backpacks and Briefcases

2 weeks average. Sometimes 4-6 weeks if stated in the listing.

Waxed Canvas Bags 

2 weeks average. 

Julia Totes and Purses

1 week average

Wallets, Hats, Dopp Kits, Belts and other small items

3-7 days on average.

Clothing

2-4 weeks.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Loyal Stricklin will gladly accept returns for exchange within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, minus the cost of shipping. If you ordered an item with a "free shipping" option, then the full cost of the item minus the actual shipping will be refunded. So if you qualified for and chose"free shipping" but it cost us $15 to send it to you, we will refund you the cost of the item, minus $15. We can't get that cost back from the shipping company, so we can't give it back to you. 

We are happy to issue refunds to the original payment method or store credit Item must be in new, unused condition. We are always happy to work with you before you order to make sure you make the right choices and answer as many questions as you might have.

Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not subject for a return or exchange for any reason, this includes our newsletter signup coupon code. 

Monogrammed items can not be returned for any reason.

Custom Orders can not be cancelled or returned for any reason once you have paid. 

Pants and/or jeans that have been hemmed to your inseam length can not be returned for any reason.

We will not accept an exchange for any item that is returned damaged, obviously worn or used, scratched, altered, hemmed or anything that is covered in pet hair, or smells like cologne or perfume.

How to make a Return for Exchange:

 TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Please contact us to request a Return Authorization via email at info@loyalstricklin.com.  All Returns and Exchanges must be approved beforehand.  Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions.

After your return or Exchange is processed, you will be sent an exchanged item / issued a credit for the value of the item.  Items shipped to us without a exchange authorization will be shipped back to you - please help us help you!

Please note: Loyal Stricklin cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Loyal Stricklin. 

Items must be in new, unused condition. please be careful handling your order until you know for sure you want to keep it.

REPAIRS

We stand by our products, and we are happy to fix issues with craftsmanship within the expected life of a product.  If your Loyal Stricklin item has a defect or needs a repair, please email us at info@loyalstricklin.com and we will send you further instructions for repair options,. Buyer pays shipping both ways, but the repairs are free.

Normal wear and tear, crotch blowouts, or holes worn into your goods are not included in our warranty.
