Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations & Repairs

We want you to love your purchase. Please read carefully before placing or returning an order.

General Return / Exchange Terms

 

Preorder / Made to Order Clothing:

  • Due to the small batch and handmade nature of our business, we only offer exchanges or store credit for preorder or made to order clothing. Store credit is issued to your account or in the form of a gift card and never expires. All shipping costs are deducted from your store credit amount. Each listing will note whether an item is a preorder, made to order, or in stock.

In Stock Clothing / Leather Goods

  • In stock clothing and leather goods can be returned for refund minus a 5% restocking fee. 

Leather Jackets:

  • All leather jackets are final sale. No returns or exchanges. We will go over sizing with you prior to ordering or making to ensure a perfect fit, and are happy to work with you on any questions prior to purchase.

General Policy:

  • Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original polybag packaging. 

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, hemmed, damaged, covered in pet hair, waded up, or smell of cologne/perfume can not be returned.

  • Refund timing: Store credit or refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and review your return and available to use immediately. For cancellations, once we refund you on our end, the actual credit can take 2-10 business days to go back to your card. This is set by the credit card processors and is out of our control.

  • Refund method: Refunds can only be returned to your original payment method. Store credit and gift cards never expire. In the event of a cancellation, we refund to your original payment method. See below for more details.

  • For returns, all shipping or restocking fees will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, you will be sent an invoice for any exchange shipping costs.

  • Personalized and custom ordered items are not eligible for return or exchange for any reason.

Order Cancellations

  • Please email us at info@loyalstricklin.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation. Should you decide you want store credit for the value of your order instead, that is a possibility in most situations.

    • Preorder / Made to Order clothing are only elligible for store credit in the event of a cancellation.
    • Gift cards can not be cancelled once purchased

    • Orders over $1,000 can not be cancelled.

    • Final Sale Items can't be cancelled.

Discounted, Sale, and Final Sale Items

  • Discounted, Promotional, Final Sale and marked-down items are final sale — no exceptions.

  • Store credit codes do not expire.

  • We do not offer price adjustments on any previous orders.

  • All items must be returned in new, unused condition — we will not accept any item that is damaged, worn, scratched, altered, hemmed, covered in pet hair, or smells of cologne/perfume.

  • Items made from exotic leathers (alligator, shell cordovan, etc) and custom orders are final sale.

Other Notes

  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable, as we cannot recover shipping fees once paid. Charges for shipping both ways are deducted from your store credit.

  • A 5% cancellation fee is nonrefundable in the event of an order cancellation.


How to Make a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@loyalstricklin.com

  2. We’ll issue you a return label if eligible.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange, or store credit within 5 business days. If your item is made to order, standard lead time applies, although we do our best to push it through faster.

Repairs & Warranty

We stand by our products and are happy to fix issues with craftsmanship within the expected life of the product.

If your Loyal Stricklin item has a defect or needs a repair, email info@loyalstricklin.com and we will provide instructions.

  • Buyer pays shipping both ways; repairs are free, unless the item arrives defective, in which case we will cover exchange costs.

  • Normal wear and tear, crotch blowouts, or holes worn into your goods are not covered under warranty. However, we can fix them for a small fee, or refer you to a specialized denim/cloth repair tailor near you.
