RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Loyal Stricklin will gladly accept returns for exchange for items purchased within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, minus the cost of shipping. If you ordered an item with a "free shipping" option, then the full cost of the item minus the actual shipping will be refunded.
Due to the handmade nature of our items, we can not take returns for a cash refund. Item must be in new, unused condition. We are always happy to work with you before you order to make sure you make the right choices!
Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not subject to return for exchange or gift card.
However, If you feel that the condition of your item does not match what the listing stated, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for our consideration. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and experience with us at Loyal Stricklin.
How to make a Return for Exchange:
1. You may Exchange any item if you are not satisfied with the size, color, or fit; Exchanges can be made for any item with a defect. If your item has a defect, we will happily pay your return shipping. If a customer elects an exchange, the customer must pay for the cost of shipping.
2. Please contact us about any Returns or Exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your item.
3. Returned and Exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn/unused, with the original tags attached.
4. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization via email at email@example.com. All Returns and Exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions.
After your return or Exchange is processed, you will be sent an exchanged item / issued a credit for the value of the item. Items shipped to us without a exchange authorization will be shipped back to you - please help us help you!
Please note: Loyal Stricklin cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Loyal Stricklin.
We stand by our products, and we’ll address any issues that may come up during their long lives. If your Loyal Stricklin item has a defect or needs a repair, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you further instructions. Buyer pays shipping both ways, but the repairs are free. Some issues are known, such as the Aviator Mug. Occasionally a mug will slide off the jar and not stay on all the time. If this happens within one year of purchase, we will replace the sleeve (no jar) at our cost. If it happens after one year, then we consider that normal wear and tear and it is no longer covered by the warranty. This happens depending on how you treat your mug.

Loyal Stricklin proudly ships all domestic and international orders via USPS. We also use UPS on large, heavy items when the customer selects this service. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment. If you would like to use a FEDEX or UPS account, or need an item overnighted, please email us immediately after placing the order at email@example.com. We will get back to you as soon as we can!
The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Loyal Stricklin is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.
We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while still getting your items to you in the most efficient and reliable way possible, and we appreciate your understanding.
Loyal Stricklin is not responsible for items once they leave our hands.
Please allow up to 7 business day for your order to be fulfilled, unless otherwise noted in the listing, as all our items are made to order by hand.
Shipping prices are calculated based on real-time courier rates plus handling. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Loyal Stricklin, with the exception of some countries we have blocked due to a high level of fraudulent activity. We will ship to almost any destination around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
