Amos Chore Coat - Indigo/Black - Rigid 14oz American Selvedge Denim - Preorder
The Amos Chore Coat draws inspiration from a thoughtful blend of classic chore coats and traditional hunting jackets. Designed with utility and comfort in mind, it features a spacious front pocket lined with durable and soft sashiko fabric, while a discreet pocket-in-a-pocket on the right side offers convenient, secure storage for essentials like your phone, wallet, or keys.
The tailored sleeves and back provide a flattering silhouette that drapes comfortably over the shoulders, offering a refined fit without compromising on ease of movement or front-end space.
Please note:
Denim naturally stretches in length during the sewing process. The sizing of this jacket is based on its post-wash fit. After washing, you can expect approximately 1" of shrinkage in the sleeves and body length, while the width will remain unchanged.
If the sleeves are longer than desired, we recommend washing the jacket on a delicate cycle in cold water with no spin, then hanging it to dry. For additional shrinkage—up to 0.5" more—wash in hot water.

What is Rigid Denim?
Rigid denim—often called raw denim—is the fabric in its purest form, straight off the loom.
Aside from being sanforized (preshrunk), it’s untouched, making it the strongest, most durable version of denim you can wear.
And the best part? It breaks in and fades uniquely over time, letting your daily wear carve in the character and patina that’s entirely your own.

Craft your story
All of our denim is chosen not just for how it looks on day one, but for how it evolves.
As you wear it, our fabrics soften, mold to your shape, and develop a character that’s uniquely yours.
With every wear and wash, the denim comes alive—fading into rich, beautifully worn-in shades of blue.
Day 1 (right) versus 2 seasons and a 4 washes with wear a few times a week.
